Description

Adison:
I feel the most alive exploring the outdoors and staying curious about the world around me. I love learning and am always seeking experiences that challenge me and help me grow. You’ll usually find me outside hiking, running, gardening, skiing, or simply admiring plants and animals. I also love reading, cooking, baking, yoga, coffee, and creating, and I find joy in making time for these simple things—especially when shared with friends and family.
I’m drawn to New Zealand for its strong connection between people and the land, its beautiful landscapes, and the opportunity to learn from a culture that values nature and community. I’m excited to contribute, connect, and continue growing through new experiences and meaningful work.

Bryce:
I feel at home outdoors whether that’s hiking, skiing, skating, or just exploring somewhere new. I enjoy playing music and sports and seek adventure especially when it involves being outside or learning something new. I'm also drawn to the connections that come from meeting new people, sharing stories, and working together toward a common goal. I recently graduated college studying psychology and human development and have passions to work as a youth counselor. I'm excited about the chance to grow either as part of a team or individually and learn about New Zealand community.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Adison:
I have a background in Environmental Science and Sustainability as well as Climate Change Studies from the University of Montana and have since explored many areas of environmental work and education. I’ve worked on a regenerative ranch, led youth trail crews, and spent a summer teaching and caring for animals at a school camp. These experiences have strengthened my skills in leadership, adaptability, communication, and hands-on problem solving. I’ve also worked for years in local coffee shops, where I love creating community and making people feel welcome. Overall, I enjoy meaningful work, learning new skills, and connecting with people and the land wherever I go.
Bryce:
I have a background in social sciences and family sciences. I have experience working for many different forms of youth programs including summer camps, coaching, development, outdoor education, and caretaking. I have customer service experience working retail, food, and hospitality. My most recent job was landscaping and I enjoy working outdoors. I work well with others and grew up taking care of animals. I spent last winter and spring working for a non-profit program working with at risk youth, helping them explore the outdoors and navigate personal challenges.
