Hello! Nice to meet you! I’m 23, from Northern Ireland, and I’m living (and loving) pretty full on! My journey began on the Causeway coast working as a baker, but has taken me to working on olive farms in Tuscany, au pair adventures in Rome, travelling through many European countries and my most recent venture: working as a first mate & chef on board some beautiful yachts in the Caribbean and the Ionian islands in Greece. I have a deep love for classical music, nature and delicious food (If I’m not hanging out with my pet sheep or on my bicycle, I spend my time in the kitchen with the radio on!). When back in Ireland I volunteer twice a week with my local foodbank. I have experience working with small children and many different personalities. I’m also interested in languages and etymology, as well as art, history, sailing, poetry and literature. So I’m always reading something!

Since September 2024 I have been using Workaway to travel in Italy. I spent my months helping with childcare in Rome, then also experienced working on a farm in Tuscany and Sicily.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience working on a yacht as first mate/chef, as a baker, as well as working with children in the past as an au pair and a special needs assistant in a school. Working with children has brought me so much joy and precious wisdom! My main skills are all housekeeping, cooking and baking, as well as music and art projects. I love helping out with physical jobs and staying active.

Autres infos...

I love the opera and watching opera productions, as well as chamber music. My favourite way to spend a sunny day? If my friends are free, swimming in the sea, going out for karaoke and watching movies together! Or hanging out with my sheep, then cycling to the local farm to buy fresh seasonal vegetables and making a delicious meal.
