hello!
I'm William but my friends call me Bill, 26 year old from the UK, I studied sustainable product design. I'm a designer and furniture maker. I'm looking to explore, make new friends and gain new experiences along the way.
I'm positive, fun and laidback and hard working I'm up for an adventure and just hanging out! I speak English and Italian and want to learn Spanish whilst traveling. I'm always looking to learn new skills and experiencing new cultures, and everything that comes with it. I love art, philosophy and sharing a good meal with good people there's nothing better!

I enjoy learning languages, having grown up in a bilingual house I have a good understanding cognates and the root of words. I would like to learn Spanish during my travels. I briefly worked in Sri Lanka on a boat yard where most if not all communication was through gestures and it didn't pose any issues and was an enjoyable and memorable experience. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a BA degree in sustainable product design. Since graduating I've been perusing a career in furniture design. I like designing and can use a variety of CAD programs and can produce and work from technical drawings. I have a good understanding of materials and use them appropriately. I work predominantly with timber using traditional hand tools. I have a keen eye for details, a creative mind enjoy problem solving. I've worked in trades as a skilled laborer and a carpenters assistant I'm hard working and able to carry out handy man jobs. I've also learnt to weld through workaway I can produce small scale welding projects too. My experience working in hospitality both front of house and back of house makes me a good team player. Most of my kitchen experiences was as a pizzaiolo and chef de partie. I've done forestry work working as a groundy assisting the tree surgeon clearing the ground and processing materials. I've done landscaping and garden maintenance, Looking to get stuck in and help out how ever I can!

I like spending most of my time outside in nature. I enjoy hiking and exploring new places and learning from new people and cultures. I enjoy watersports like kayaking and surfing and generally chilling on the beach. I'm a keen chess player and enjoy reading. I'm interested in art, history, cuisine and culture, these interests usually form the base of my time traveling.
