Hello everyone ! My name is Will and I'm a 27 years young French Canadian from Québec. I'm new on this platform. It took me (only!) 10 years of adulthood to realize that I'm not suited for this 9 to 5 conventional tax payer kinda lifestyle. Trough this 10 years, I've done and try a wide variety of jobs that made me a kind of Jack of all trades type of guy. Things that make me happy and I aspire to are : Living in harmony with natures and what surrounds me, helping others the way they actually want/need to be help. Leaving the places I've been in a better states than it was, being as independant as possible. I'm a phylosophical type of persons that doesn't have an opinion on everything and doesn't speak for anything, I'm comfortable in the silence or to listening others. That doesn't mean I'm a mute persons, I love a good deep talk and questionning life with my mates from time to time. My interest are anything related to self-sufficiency and making the world a better place.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My first real adult job has been at the regional hospital of my native town. I've stayed there for a little over 4 years, and over these years I went to get a (what is called in Quebec) D.E.P préposé aux bénéficiaires (not sure if it translated correctly in english but it would be ''beneficiary attendant degree''). I was the one on the radiological/laboratory departement to fill the inventory, refill equipement needed for the medical procedure, help the technologist in some exams during rush time. I also during these years had another job in the winter wich consist to make artificial snow on a ski resort, that job was more of a loner one, I had to make sure every snow gun were fuctionning good. We had snowmobile to go uphill but most of the time we had to walk near snowgun in the deep snow so it was more of a physical job. After a little over 4 years in the health system it was time for me to move on to my next field of work. I entered the construction domain and worked for about 2 years in the well and plumbing sector. This job mainly consist of putting up from scratch, artesian and surface well to feed mainly houses with water. I also had to troubleshoot and do maintenance on existing systems. After that job, Covid had hit and the pandemic made me go from one job to another really quick to survive and pay my bills. I've worked couple of months in an airports unloading cargo planes, I did some snow removal on a John Deere for about half a winter in Montreal and also been delivering oxygen for medical use directly at patients house for a year and a half. To complete my professional career, I've been working since spring 2021 up till september 2023 in the cultural field. Setting up stage set, lights and sound systems for every show coming in our theatre. In summary, I'm a very versatile person when it comes to work and a fast learner. I'm good at driving pretty much anything. I like to help others in many way.
