I would say I am a rather curious, hands on, practical, devoted, responsible person with a can-do attitude! I can be quite independent if given a free hand but I really enjoy collaboration and exchanging knowledge and experiences. I derive great satisfaction from helping others :)
Currently starting a year long sabbatical from a corporate job - I am craving new adventures, interesting encounters, discovering new perspectives and exploring all learning opportunities - I believe in continues growth, giving a go to anything before saying it's not for me, and in being able to find a solution to any problem!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My expertise is in running and expanding operations (service, logistics, sales, support), managing projects, optimising processes, leading teams and business and personal coaching, finding and fixing issues - but not only in theory - I am a very much hands on person!
Having 11 years experience in corporate world, and having worked as a volunteer, flight attendant, language teacher, babysitter.. coming from Eastern Europe and having lived in Italy and Austria.. having travelled almost all over the world, and having been responsible for managing international teams on multiple projects for the last 4 years..
I can bring a very versatile perspective, great communication skills, and loads of ideas and energy to execute them! I can be a self starter on any project but I really appreciate initial instructions and sharing knowledge and know-how - in both directions. I belive in enabling people to take full ownership of their work and growing their projects through organic approaches, root cause analysis, lean methodologies and continues improvement. I belive in leadership through network meaning that everyone can lead by bringing their specific perspective and strengths and weaknesses into a community.
From the more practical side I can clean, cook, drive a car, hand saw, find my way around any other craft, sail a boat, ride a bike ;), I already know some ways around a garden and have been making my first steps in a wood workshop.
I am not afraid of animals, I really enjoy working with people older than I am, as well as supporting kids in their endeavors whatever they might be!
But my most important skill is the drive to learn and get things done :)

Having spent last 6 years at a very demanding and stressful job, I have decided to take a year off, to travel and explore new perspectives, find inspiration and learn as much as possible, to recharge my energy by expanding my perspective and directly supporting others.
I am interested in exploring sustainable and communal ways of living, particularly learning about permaculture, and at the same time I am looking for opportunities to apply my skill sets in any projects aimed at supporting or mobilizing underprivileged` groups - kids, immigrants, minorities, females, LGBTQ , and any other endeavors aimed at helping people.
I am currently travelling in a camper van with my Partner and dog. We are looking for experiences where we can join projects together, but we don't exclude separate experiences based on personal interests.
