We are motivated by experiencing new cultures and spending time in nature. We feel happiest when we meet new people, share good food, and travel to new places together.

We love hiking and being outdoors, and we really enjoy learning about local traditions and food. Food is a passion of ours, both cooking and especially eating 🙂. We enjoy learning new recipes and sharing good food experiences with others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Katarzyna:
I am a trained chef and have a degree in Food Technology (Engineer), which gives me both practical and scientific knowledge about food. I enjoy baking cakes and bread, as well as growing vegetables, activities I have shared with my partner for several years.

I speak English, Danish, and Polish. I enjoy CrossFit and am happy to help with outdoor work, gardening, food preparation, or other hands-on tasks.

Tore:
I am a trained chef and have experience working in restaurants and as a sous chef, and I am currently working in a fish shop. I am about to start a degree in Fish Technology (Engineer) in Greenland, and before moving there with my partner (Katarzyna), we would love to travel and experience the world.

I enjoy fishing, hunting, and growing vegetables. I speak English and Danish, enjoy CrossFit, and am happy to help with outdoor work, gardening, food preparation, or other hands-on tasks. I also regularly help my parents with gardening and general maintenance, including cutting trees and mowing the lawn.

We are reliable and hardworking, and we enjoy contributing to the daily life of our hosts while learning new skills and sharing our experience in cooking, gardening, and various other projects.

When in season, we love foraging for blueberries, blackberries, mushrooms, and elderflowers to make juices, jams, and preserves. We also enjoy playing board games and spending time with animals and family.
