Hello! My name is Tamara.

I am a curious, open-hearted person who loves learning through real-life experiences, nature, and meaningful encounters.
I feel happiest when I can contribute to a project with purpose, learn new skills, and be part of something authentic.
I am responsible, adaptable, and easy to live with. I appreciate kindness, honesty, and mutual respect.

Recently, I have been drawn to sustainable living, community projects, creativity, conscious movement, meditation, and a slower, more intentional way of life, and I found myself very well in such environment.

My goal for this summer is to reconnect even more with a nature, wild part of myself that was abandoned for quiet a while, see the life from different perspectives and find answers within it.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a wide range of practical and creative skills and I enjoy learning new ones.

I have knowledge of permaculture, yoga, Ayurvedic diet and holistic well-being. I also enjoy creative work and making things with my hands, and finding practical solutions.

I give simple relaxation massages, love working with people, be around with any living creature and adapt easily to different tasks. Whether it is helping in the garden, organizing spaces, supporting guests, assisting with daily activities, or learning a completely new skill, I am enthusiastic, reliable, and happy to contribute.

Languages: I am a native Russian speaker, fluent in English and Italian, and currently learning Spanish. I enjoy helping others practice languages and improve their communication skills.
