Description
I am from the UK. My professional experience is in the charity and development sector, working for an international NGO (Plan International), a social integration charity (The Challenge) and most recently for prison based charity (Bounce Back) based in London. Currently I work freelance online as an English Tutor and testing Artificial Intelligence. I am looking to become a Digital Nomad this year.
I've done many volunteer roles abroad before, from 2017-2019 I spent 1 and a half years travelling and living abroad and doing different volunteer jobs, many through Workaway. Everything from helping a nomadic family on the Mongolian Steppe, working in a cinema in Cambodia, supporting nuns in the Tanzanian countryside or working for a marine conservation charity in Indonesia.
I am a friendly and easy-going person, able to adapt to new situations and to take on any challenge to the best of my ability and with a smile on my face. I love travelling and have visited different countries from a young age.
I love to exercise to maintain a high level of fitness. I have a big love for animals and nature and would love an opportunity to do work involving animals. I would also relish the opportunity to learn new skills and to take on new challenges.

I had a great time here for 2 months here. Nestor and Orlando made it feel like a home, they were very relaxed hosts, and I met lots of other nice volunteers here during my stay. I stayed here for 1 month and I loved it. Sella and Sonny were great hosts with a lovely family and everyone I met and worked with were friendly and welcoming. I spent 6 weeks volunteering here in Phnom Penh. And then went back again for another 10 days. I really enjoyed it. The house is comfortable to live in with all you need. I had a great 4 weeks working here. I was made to feel at home and part of the family. The village in the mountains is in a beautiful location and I really got to experience and be part of the local community.
