Hello, Hola!
I’m Tilly,
I’ve been on several travels before through this platform as well as a hosting Workaways with my family in the uk for helps with our community art projects. I’m about to set off on a travel to South America which has been a dream of mine for a long time.
What motivates much of my travelling is a deep curiosity about ways of living, relating, exchanging as well as meeting other cultures and lands.
I’m passionate about about food as medicine, herbalism, plants, regenerative growing, women’s health and ancestral wisdom traditions.
I’ve been living in both Scotland and Portugal working as a holistic chef in retreat centres and within families looking after children. I’m navigating a shift in profession towards my interest in women’s health and birthwork.
I would love to connect with midwives, intentional communities and regenerative projects.

I originally planned to stay for a month but quickly extended this because I felt respected, appreciated and part of a family. This yoga retreat is a stunningly beautiful place in the countryside surrounded by olive trees. Tracy is generous, fair and fun to be around.
