Hi there!! I'm Thea. I’m 20 years old.
Update: right know I'm traveling together with Jero, our profiles are connected and we're looking for workaway stays together.
I graduated school in 2025. To support myself during school, I worked a few side jobs in gastronomy as well as pet and babysitting. Now I’m traveling on a budget, combining it it with bikepacking from place to place. Therefore I hope to find places on workaway to stay, work and learn new skills.
I’m passionate about animals and grew up with dogs, cats, horses, chicken and turtles. During an intership in Norway I helped in the garden as well as taking care of the farm animals. I did two Workaways yet in France and Italy where I gained experience in physical care, as well as farmworking.
I am an active person, I like to swim, run and bike and being in the nature in general.
I love to connect with people, learning from and with them! I am fluent in German and English and have little knowledge in Norwegian, Russian. I’m excited to explore, learn, and meet you.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I went to a Rudolf Steiner School in Germany where I did my training as a children assistant as well as my Abitur. This school offered me practical experience when it comes to different crafts like gardening, handicrafts or woodwork.
My last Workaways included taking care of an elderly couple in France, working on a Farm in Tuscany, so when it comes to pruning olives, caring for farm animals or doing some general maintenance around the farm, i gained some skills. Right now Jero and me are in Ireland, sitting a farm and the animals.
Due to my apprenticeship I worked with a lot of diverse families and children and grew up in a very close neighborhood where everyone helps each other out, whether it's the garden, pets or children.
I would be happy to help out with taking care of children if there's any help needed.
If new tasks are explained to me I can work fine on my own. I am fluent in German and Englisch and have little skills in, Russian, and French. Of course I'm always open for a language exchange! :)

In my free time I like to be active and mostly in the nature. I swim, run and whenever it’s possible I’m on my bike. Besides I like reading, listening to podcasts and playing board or card games
