Hey, I'm Szandra. I am looking for new experiences while meeting people, exploring beautiful places and cultures and improving myself, while also helping others. I am open to learning anything that people and life could teach me. : )
I really enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, being in nature, backpacking, travelling, and also curious about other people’s experiences.
I am an easy-going, open and honest person and a quick learner. I’d like to spend some time in Spain, learning new things and finding amazing projects that I can help in.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In the past few years I lived in Sweden, working for international organisations like Unicef and Rescue International, contributing to helping disadvantaged children and refugees over the world. I was also a volunteer at a local non-profit organisation to fight food waste and hunger. We collected food from suppliers and hosted weekly markets, distributing food for people in need. I truly enjoy volunteering for a good cause and I aim to contribute more to change the world for the better.

I also have some years' experience as an English language teacher.

I am a quick learner, I would be happy to take part in any kind of tasks and projects. I also have some experience working outdoors, so I have no problem working in any weather condition, and I am open to do physical work.

I also had the chance to try myself on backpacking trips, spending several months in Scotland and Norway living in a tent; and also experienced the beauty and challenges of a two-month-long bicycle trip through northern Europe. Being constantly on the move, facing challenges and difficulties each day helped me to build both my mental and physical stamina. Through these trips I learnt that with determination and resourcefulness, every obstacle can be defeated. I would love to bring this positive and enthusiastic attitude to any project that I can help with.
