Quick facts about me:
-Bachelors degree in Kinesiology
-Currently working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Canadian military.
-Born and raised on the East coast of Canada
-Sports: Volleyball, track and field. Currently spend the summers competing as a Scottish Heavy Events Thrower.
-Hobbies: Lifting weights/working out, mountain biking, travel, hiking, anything outdoors, photography, animals, diy projects, food.

I am easy going but hard working! I LOVE traveling and seeing different parts of this beautiful world as well as meeting new people.
I work well with others, but am a very motivated independent worker.
I have been part of the HelpX community for the past 10 years, and have done helpX stays with over 15 different hosts in 5 different countries. I have so many cherished memories from these experiences, and now looking for more in the Workaway community!
