My name is Sophie and I am 29yo.

Some months ago, I spent time in a permaculture community in Mexico, which was truly eye-opening. It allowed me to see that living differently in this world is possible.
I fell in love with community living : sharing knowledge, creating beautiful moments together and helping each other.

A bit about my story and my philiopshy :

I studied Economics and Management at University, then Marketing Strategy and Data analysis in a Business School in Paris. I worked for 2 years at the head quarter of a French multinational electric utility company.
At some point, I decided to travel the world and realize my childhood dream. I started to solo travel in 2019. I didn’t know at the time that this journey would also mark the beginning of a deep inner journey of self-discovery, 360° life-changing.

After years of travel and growing awareness, I understood that I no longer wanted to come back and invest my energy in a 9-to-5 job in Paris. It took me 5 years to finaly take this decision without way back.
Having traveled extensively, I also realized that I don’t want to travel without purpose anymore.
Now, I want to invest my energy into co-creating this new world with nature, inspiring humans, with purpose and responsibility.
A world where humans are connected, share and help each other. Where we live in harmony and are part of the “environment”. Where everyone can discover their true self, develop their talents, and contribute meaningfully. I dream of a world where beauty is created through art, music, and creativity.

I am still on this journey of discovering myself / my talents and understanding how I can best contribute in this world. In the meantime, I am exploring some fields.

How I use my time:
- With friends and family, to stay connected to my roots.
- In nature: trekking, camping, watching the sunrise and sunset, and stargazing.
- Traveling to discover new perspectives and remain open-minded.
- Practicing self-care, yoga, and meditation. I am also interested in plant-based and psychedelic therapies. Taking care of my health allows me to offer the best version of myself to others.

Topics I am interested in and want to explore further:
Globaly I am interested by how to develop an harmonious life in tune with what inside us and what surround us.
Permaculture And Syntropy, Bioconstruction, Nutrition, fermenting, up cycling, philosophy, psychology, music, creativity in general.

Activities I like to practice :
Photography (film and digital), guitar, reading, jewelry-making, drawing, painting (on various surfaces), and creating connections between humans.
For me it’s the ultimate point, once we take care of ourselves and leave in harmony with the living : it's to connect humans, create beauty and bring a lot of joy in this world 😁

I am conscious that knowledge is infinite, and I have so much to learn. Every day I am continuing to grow, develop skills, and deepen my understanding of myself and life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I love being in nature and growing plants and I would like to learn more about it.

I speak french, English, Spanish and learning Portuguese.

I have a degree in Digital marketing and Data analytics and I worked for two years in the Marketing direction in a sustainable energy company in Paris.
Even though I realised that working in an office in Paris was not made for me, I am still grateful for the skills it teaches me with softwares and social media.

I worked as receptionnist and I love welcoming people.

I am creative person so I like artistic works.

I'm organised, I know how to keep a clean and tidy house.

From a family in the building/construction I know how to do DIY, painting or other manual things...
