Hello Workaway Family,

My name is Sophia—a passionate yoga teacher, children’s mentor, and lifelong learner. I’m 24, but I’ve already been on quite a journey, and I’m eager to share some of it with you!

My love for travel and exploring the world began young; by the age of 8, I’d already mapped out my first "world tour." Since then, I’ve been grateful to live my childhood dream of experiencing diverse places, people, and cultures.

Over the past two years, I’ve grounded myself in Germany to pursue training in psychotherapy and work as a yoga teacher and children’s circus instructor. These experiences have deepened my passion for supporting young people, helping them build confidence and discover their unique strengths. Teaching children in a traveling circus has shown me the power of creativity and movement in nurturing confidence. In yoga, I aim to create a safe space where others can connect with themselves, find inner peace, and feel uplifted.

Beyond yoga, I love learning languages, connecting with people over food, and embracing new cultures. I’m especially drawn to opportunities where I can help others grow, build self-confidence, and find joy in the process—whether through yoga, mentorship, or creative activities with children.

I value hard work, but I always make space for laughter, shared meals, and meaningful connections. Friends and family mean the world to me, and I see community as a place to feel both inspired and supported.

If I could describe myself in five words, they would be creative, cheerful, disciplined, down-to-earth, and loving. I hope to meet like-minded souls on Workaway who share a love for creativity, inner growth, and positivity.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked as Freelancer as graphic Designer , so I can create Flyers, Posters and funny photoshop Pics :)
As Well I can do a Logo for you or support you with social Media.
I worked as a waiter for a Long time, and worked Behinderung the bar, thats why I love the Gastronomie!
So therefore I can handle with strange situations and different kinds of people. Also I worked at a meat seller, witch made me more experienced with meat, and again Strange people.
And I am really famous by children and animials, maybe because I Play Like a child :)
I love to do Yoga and want to do an education. So when you want I can be your Yoga teacher.
