Description

Hi! We Sofia and Rodrigo, an Argentinian couple who have been traveling and working together for the past four years, exploring different cultures and lifestyles across countries like Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Italy, Peru, Spain, USA and more 🌍

We both come from a background in education and sports coaching, and throughout our journey we’ve combined that with hands-on experience in a wide variety of environments — including hostels, remote volunteer projects, gardening, construction, gastronomy and hospitality.

What really defines us is how we approach work. We are reliable, consistent and proactive, but also naturally focused on improving and optimizing what we do. In different experiences, we have helped to build strong groups, organize stock systems, improve daily workflows, restore outdoor spaces, and create activities that bring people together.

We don’t just like to help — we like to add value and leave a positive impact, while also becoming part of the place and the people around us.

- Experience in hostels and hospitality (cleaning, guest interaction, daily operations, community atmosphere)
- Experience as au pairs and petsitters

→ taking care of animals and maintaining a safe, calm environment
- Work in gardening, construction and maintenance (including restoring complete garden areas)
- Strong skills in cleaning and organization (efficient, detail-oriented, high standards)
- Experience in cooking, including organizing international food events to connect people
- Background as teachers and sports coaches

→ building structured programs and strong group dynamics
- Strong technology and digital skills
