Hi :)

I'm Sarah, a French Canadian from Montréal, Québec. I am a Gymnastics Coach and an Energy Work Therapist. I have been working with children in all sorts of environments and contexts for more then 10 years now and I truly enjoy it. I have a background in social work and I also work in the horticulture field from time to time. I have experience working in a eco shop and in hotels as Housekeeper. I can teach you how to do a cartwheel (or any gymnastics skills), I can read your Akashic Records for you or offer you Energy Work.

I'm a French speaker and I'm fluent in English. I know a tiny bit of Spanish and I would love to learn more. Same goes for every language. I can cook, clean, babysit, garden and help with all kinds of handy work. I don't have a lot of manual knowledge, but I am in good shape and a fast learner. I am a hardworker and I love getting dirty. Would also love to learn and help with farming and animal care.

I very rarely have trouble connecting with people. Living in harmony, respect, honesty, consciousness and kindness are very important to me. I'd say I am soft, bubbly, independant and easy going. I am also quite weird, I hope you are too! I love to meditate and practice mindfulness. I also really like yoga and I am vegan. Not a must, but I would also love to connect with you if spirituality is important to you.

Last but not least loooove nature. I love contemplating it and practising all sorts of activities in it. I live in a city so I'm really looking foward to spending time outside in nature ♡

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can take care of children, teach to them and prepare activities for them. I have plenty of experience as a gymnastics coach, camp counselor, school educator (school daycare) and as a babysitter, I have also worked and enjoy working with children or adults with special needs.

I have experience working in a cucumber and tomatoes greenhouse and I am big fan of plants. I also sell plants and flowers (not cut ones) during the summer.

I can clean and cook.

I also have plenty of experience in customer service and I am known to be a very pleasant person.

I am willing to learn about handy carpentry of craft work, but I have little experience in it. I am in good shape and I actually enjoy getting dirty.

I am not the most skilled artist, but I am creative and I would love to participate in community art projects.
