Hi my name is Sarah, I'm 21, from Denmark and starting my second gap-year. My main wish for my travels is to learn about different cultures and languages(especially Italian:)) and I hope to find a host/family who would let me get a glimpse of what their day-to-day life looks like.
I'm caring, responsible and I love to laugh. My biggest hobbies are music, theatre and baking, but I easily get excited and curious about learning new skills. I like being active (f.x. swimming in the sea), but I also enjoy(and need) a slow evening with conversation and maybe a fun board game.

I love being able to communicate in different languages and I'm especially looking to better my Italian, as it has always been a dream of mine to speak it fluently. I'll gladly help teaching both English and Danish. I've always enjoyed helping my classmates and I've been told that I'm good at explaining things during lessons at school.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Last year I graduated the danish stx (:officially called "general upper secondary education programme/higher general examination programme") with music, English and Italian at high-level.
I am fluent in Danish and English and I can make myself understandable and have a simple conversation in Italian.

This summer I helped planning and teaching a 5-day theatre summer activity, for eighteen 7-12-year-old kids, with two of my friends. We came up with the scenes and dances, which we taught the kids, whilst being responsible for the kids and making sure that they had fun. It is one of the most fulfilling experiences I've had and I loved getting to know the kids through both the teaching and the games we played.
