Hi I'm Salomé

I'm a geography and cinema student who decided to take a break this year to travel to Chile.
I grew up in the mountains of the Hautes Alpes in France, very close to my sisters, which gave me a taste for sharing and spending time together, in its simplest form: sharing stories, going for walks in the forest, playing board games and, above all, having a lot of fun.

Over the last few years, I've developed a taste for cooking after working in restaurants for three years running. I really enjoy taking the time to cook for others and chat over long meals. And I'm really looking forward to discovering local gastronomy.


All the experiences I've had have led me to meet some wonderful people, and I hope that by taking part in work away events I'll be able to continue on this path and meet you all.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Last year I started to work in restaurants, and I'd really love to cook for you or with you to discover your specialties!
I used to do a lot of gardening and picking around my home, and I'd love to learn more about growing plants so that I can work directly from the crop to the plate. These are two things I'm particularly interested in, but I'm very open to discovering lots of new things with you, I'm very adaptable and I wanted to sign on Workaway to learn from people.

I love cinema, so if you want late talks about movies or series, or share your favorite film, I'm in !
I like traveling and meeting new people, cultures, and places. When I'm with my friends I really like going out to dance, because I'm a big fan of music.
I'm a cheerful person, I like to meet new people. I'm generally very comfortable with children, and I've already worked in summer camps.
