I plan to travel with my 8 years daughter. I could help with cooking, gardening, art projects, could teach kids and adults yoga, could perform Aurveda massages.

Hello, my name is Ruta. :)

I like to wake up in the morning and imagine the sun shining inside my chest, especially when it’s cold, snowing or raining outside. It helps me smile, bring happiness not only to myself but to others.
I am an adventurous, enthusiastic, open and friendly soul who wants to explore and learn.
For me volunteering is about giving but it is also about the experience of sharing time with like-minded people, sharing the languages and sharing the fun.

I like to do yoga, swim in the lake or the sea. A walk in nature relax me and make me happy.
I love creating and listening to music playlists.
I usually listen to calm music, mantras, or sometimes I like to dance alone or with my daughter.
I studied 4 years interior design, including composition, colour science, art history, painting, and drawing. I am painting.
I am a certified Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic massage therapist. I really like the natural treatment.
I am studying natural healing Reiki, aromatherapy and music therapy.

I travelled in Europe: Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Turkmenistan, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, France.

I have been to India three times, travelled to South India and Rishikesh to study yoga and get a certificate, also I was travelling in Sri Lanka.

I love Eastern culture and food. I bake sourdough bread at home every week.
I love discovering many different cultures, giving and receiving love.
We come from different countries, we speak different languages, we have different skin colors - but we are all the same. We need the same - Love!

I plan to start traveling with my 8 years old daughter about half a year and haven’t decided on the country yet. I will continue to explore my options until I find the right one.
