Hi! I’m 27 years old and I come from the Netherlands. Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard and built my own business in installation industry focused on sustainability. It has been a valuable and educational experience, but I felt it was time to take a step back and make space for something new.

Traveling and discovering different ways of living has always been part of my surroundings. My parents live in Sweden, and my younger sister has been traveling to different parts of the world since she was 16. This has inspired me to explore more of the world myself and find my own path.

Right now, I want to learn from others, gain new perspectives, and experience what it’s like to be part of a different daily life. What I like about Workaway is the opportunity to really be involved in a family or project, instead of just passing by as a visitor. At the same time, I also think it’s important to share my own knowledge and experience, so we can learn from each other and support one another.

I feel strongly connected to Scandinavia, the calmness, simplicity, and way of life really appeal to me. I’m interested in learning more about a self-sufficient and sustainable lifestyle. The nature, with its forests, lakes, and mountains, gives me a lot of energy and motivation.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors. I like hiking, fishing, and gardening. I also value healthy food and staying active through sports. I enjoy working with my hands and get a lot of satisfaction from practical work and creating something real.

I’m curious, eager to learn, and not afraid of hard work. For me, this journey is not just about seeing new places, but mainly about personal growth, meeting new people, and discovering what kind of life truly suits me.

I’m a hands-on and motivated person who enjoys staying active and getting things done. The last 3 years i was an entrepeneur in the installation industry. I have a Bachelor degree in Business management, so I’m also able to think along, organize, and help where needed.

I’m curious, flexible, and always open to learning new skills. I enjoy working in nature and prefer being in an active, outdoor environment. I’m happy to help with all kinds of tasks and pick things up quickly.
