Hey, we are Ri and Nina (not Rob anymore), two friends looking for unique ways to adventure and experience Spain! We are traveling by car and both have camping equipment that we can use if necessary.

I'm Ri, a 32 year old teacher and outdoor education instructor. I love being in the classroom, but spend most of my working days outdoors,teaching students and clients skills for living in and enjoy the outdoors.
I love rock climbing and surfing and have spent a fair bit of time traveling for these two sports. I dabble in all sorts of art, the latest has been water colour and stick and poke tattooing.

I love learning new skills and am interested in becoming more capable with power tools/general DIY and gardening/permaculture.

Hi, I’m Nina — a 29-year-old Dutchie working remotely as a data analyst. Outside of work, I’m passionate about climbing, outdoor adventures, and staying active. I love being creative, whether it's upcycling furniture, painting with watercolors, or diving into new DIY projects.

Cooking healthy, mostly vegetarian meals with homegrown ingredients is one of my favorite ways to unwind. Nature, animals, and plants bring me peace, and I value deep conversations and time with people who inspire me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Ri:
Working with children: I have lot of experience with kids from 7 months to 17 years, from swim teaching, au pair, classroom teaching and school camps.
Outdoor skills: I have Australia qualifications in leading mountain biking, canoeing, hiking and ropes courses.
I'm pretty hand on the general DIY, have restored furniture, painted the family house (three times), know basics of servicing bikes, I'm adequate in the kitchen, and used to have a small cleaning 'business' when I lived in Holland. After my last Workaway experience I'm now a qualified weed puller-outer and blackberry bush tamer... Let me at it...

Nina: Social and very curious mindset, some experience with coaching kids with climbing. Much data analysis and researching skills (any type of research hehe). Taking care of animals and plants, cooking/baking and any DIY job like painting, hanging lamps, etc. :)
