Here I am again!
In 2023, I first started exploring what it's like to be a 50-year-old with a lot of ambition, working as a workawayer without being a networker, and experiencing a lot of life.
I've had the opportunity to work and host at three fantastic places, for extended stays, and I've had a lot of work and fun.
My carpentry and technical skills are highly valued, and my work pace is high.
All the places have been remote and off-grid. I avoid big cities and crowds. In Malaga, I helped out at a dog shelter for three months. Animals are my number one priority.
I am an open, clear and honest person.
I enjoy helping people by sharing my qualities in a peaceful, green, natural environment. I'm also a man who's perfectly fine with myself and enjoys being alone...the loss of my loyal travel/life companion has made this more difficult.
I still have four months before my new chapter begins. During these months, I'd like to be in rural locations in south France and Spain.
I'm traveling with my campervan and staying there while we write a new page. 👍
I'd be very happy with a toilet and shower outside the campervan.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
To keep things moving in my young life, I pursued a career in the hospitality industry. For 35 years, I worked as a chef, restaurateur, and freelance cook. I'm a young, driven man who wanted and still wants to see the world. I experienced Creole and South American flavors and cuisines in the Dutch Antilles, learned Brazilian BBQ tricks during my year in Fortaleza, and much more.
I was able to express my creativity by renovating my own homes, restaurants, and food trucks. I'm grateful for the two right hands I've been given.
Living overseas has given me beautiful cultures and stories.
Training young people and leading/motivating kitchens, both large and small, has been a rewarding task and has helped me raise my four children to the best of my ability.
