Description

I am an active and curious person who loves to travel, explore new places and to connect with others. I have a passion for learning, and my interests include languages&linguistics, nature&ecology and food&cuisine. Over the years I have volunteered locally with tree planting initiatives, urban gardening, and farm work. I would like to do more of this abroad, and to gain more practical skills.

I grew up in sub-urban area, with access to a small farm growing crops and harvesting from nut trees. Later I moved to study abroad and since then I have been doing volunteering and working part-time alongside my studies.

I also really like sports, and anything active. I go to the gym when I can, I train jujitsu at the moment (and have dabbled in Judo and other martial arts).

I like creative arts though I am not very skilled, and I enjoy listening to music and singing even though I am not very good at it.

I am interested in learning languages, and I do not have a specific preference on which one. The languages I already have some familiarity with are: Spanish (beginner/intermediate), Swedish (beginner), Chinese (beginner), Japanese (beginner), but I am very excited to learn new ones! I am happy to share my knowledge of English or Italian, where I am fluent.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have good organisational skills, and a developing knowledge of gardening and farming. I am physically fit and capable of following instructions.

I can ID some trees, I have taken some courses on tree health, and I know a little bit about some plants uses. I would like to expand this knowledge.

I can cook well, and I am good at keeping my environment tidy and clean.
