Hi!
My name is Rachèl, a 24 year old woman from Rotterdam. I have entered a fase with a more nomadic lifestyle, needing to change perspectives to find different paths to walk on.
On this platform I hope to find short term stays in Europe, for exchanging skills, crafts, voices, anything it brings us!
I am an artist, so far mostly expressing myself through tattooing, painting, drawing and writing. Anytime I get to work with my hands I truly trive, therefore I look to get more involved with all sorts of different crafts such as woodworking, gardening, cooking, building, sewing, the list goes on... !
Generally, I am a young person loving the process of looking for what feels right. And love to learn about the processes and projects of the people around me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

When I was younger I worked for three years in a succulents nursery. After that I have worked for a year as a cassiere in a big B2B store for home items, where I gained expierence in customer service.
I quit that job to go on a workaway expierence last november for three months. This was off the grid in the woods in the English countryside. I helped with cooking, cleaning and taking care of the animals (chickens, goats, dogs) as well as the land. I learned a lot in these three months.
This last year I have been working behind the bar and as a waitress in a climbing park/tennis fields which goes very well and I have found that I really enjoy working in any type of catering/hospitality buisness.

I like being creative in any type of way. I have skills in drawing and painting which you could call passions of mine. This year I have been learing how to tattoo as well. I am okay with creating any type of art, and open to the chance of being involved in anything creative wherever I end up.

Growing up I have had the opportunity to travel a lot, where I found a love for travelling. I have experience in hiking and biking whilst admiring different nature landscapes and learning about many different cultures.

Okay that is enough praising myself for today. There are obviously things I am not so great at and things I find hard to do but I am open to learn any new skill, to expand my knowledge, to meet new people and visit many interesting places.
