Hallo, I'm Ingrid, a mature Scottish woman who has raised a family and now have some time on my hands, I would like to improve my language skills by living with a family and learning about the Spanish culture.
I am a nurse with qualifications in general and psychiatric nursing. I have worked in hospitals and community.
I volunteer in my community by reading with children in the local primary school. I have been doing this for 2 years. I like spending time with children and helping them develop. My hobbies include cycling, swimming, walking, cooking and gardening.
I live in Stirling, a city in Scotland, where the weather can be very changeable and love the idea of spending time with a family in a country with plenty of sunshine!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a retired nurse so have plenty of experience in different situations. I am calm but have a good sense of humour and always happy to help.
I have 2 children, who are both adults and live away from home. I really enjoy volunteering with my local primary school where I read with the children.
I love swimming, walking and cycling, generally keeping fit but also play the piano and clarinet (intermediate) and sing in a choir.
I enjoy cooking and baking and have run a household for many years.
