Hello there!

I just finished my studies and discovered my passion for traveling in the last few years, so I am very excited to travel for some time. I have once again realized how much I love the lifestyle of Southern Europe and I want to escape the cold German winter this year again.

I thrive on connecting with people and love learning about other perspectives and life stories. I can best enjoy my free time if I have done something useful or helped others beforehand. Especially after having just worked on my thesis for quite some time, I am now looking forward to practical tasks and hands-on projects with new people.

I am fortunate to currently have more time for the things I enjoy: being creative, reading, learning sign language and exploring new places and food. I'm unfortunately a terrible singer, though that never stops me from karaoke when I discover new bars with friends in the evening. However, my granny hobbies of knitting and crocheting are readily accepted by my friends since I learned to crochet shoulder bags for wine bottles and sunglass covers. Overall, respectful interaction, openness and empathy are very important to me and these are principles I live by, while I try to enjoy life as much as possible.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can relate to a variety of different characters and able to reflect on my activities and professional role, which probably stems from my working experiences in the psychological and social fields. I have worked with people of all ages and with various physical and mental disabilities. Above all, this taught me to be patient, to focus on a person's strengths, and to meet them where they are individually. Generally speaking, I am empathetic, good at putting myself in other perspectives, and have been able to further develop my conversational skills over the past few years. I can quickly integrate into a team or group, know the importance of working reliably and well structured and approach problems systematically.
I also enjoy being creative and learn new things, be it restoring old furniture or gardening.
In addition to German as my native language, I speak English fluently and also studied in English. I am currently learning German Sign Language with great enthusiasm.
I am happy to share my knowledge and skills with others and am keen to acquire new skills.
