Hello Folks,

We are Paula, Seth and Rufus. if you wanna find out more about us read below:

I'm Paula, 22 years old and traveller by heart! As soon as I finished school three years ago there was nothing holding me back anymore from going out there and explore what else the world has to offer. First I volunteered in Japan for 3 months, than I headed off to southeast Asia, did some backpacking here and there and ended up on a motorbike tour through Vietnam. This is where I met Seth. After Vietnam we traveled to India together and spent seven months on a working holiday visa in New Zealand. Eventually we had to go back to Germany, my home country, last year, because I was pregnant.
Having a baby brought a lot of changes to our lifes, but it never made us lose the urge to explore and adventure. So when Rufus was 10 months old we took of to Japan (again) and walked 1200km on a buddhist Pilgrimage, the "88-Temple-Trail". And now we are in Thailand, looking for a way of slower travel, with the chance of gaining new skills and knowledge and meeting new likeminded people :)
I would consider myself outgoing and open. I love to talk to people and exchange new ideas and mindsets. I like eatin, but I'm still in the process of learning how to cook properly. Besides that I'm really passionate about arts and crafts of all sorts (drawing, sewing, designing) and I really love photography.
I like to spend time outside in nature, going on hikes, sitting in the park/garden and riding my bicycle.
I'm open for new experiences of any kind and I would never say no to an opportunity to learn or an adventure to go on!


Hi, I’m Seth!
I’m 26 years old and currently traveling the world with my little family. I am very interested in Workaway, not only as a chance to connect with locals but also as an opportunity to gain new knowledge in different aspects of life. I’ve been farming all my life, and I am highly familiar with both organic and modern agricultural practices. I’ve been lucky enough not only to be born into a farming family, but also to have farmed in several different parts of the world. I consider myself strong, outgoing, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes my way.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Paula: I went to a school for media design so I have some knowledge about designing print products in Adobe InDesign. I can come up with some creative ideas in general and help customizing whatever needs to be customized. I also have pretty good fine motor skills for any sorts detailed work.
In the past I've done little projects like sewing, pottery, linol cuts, woodwork and drawing/painting with several materials.
I actually have a Youth Leading License in Germany and I worked on various summercamps with kids between 10 and 17. Most of them international with kids from Germany, France and Ukraine.
I'm fluent in German and English.
I'm pretty good with adapting to a new situation or environment and I would say I'm pretty easy going.

Seth: I like to think of myself as a man with many skills. A few notable ones include the ability to drive just about anything with wheels—and even some things without, like drones. I am a licensed drone operator in the US and currently have my DJI Mavic Mini Pro with me, so I’m always ready to take high-quality aerial photos or videos wherever I am (wink, wink).Additionally, I have taken multiple courses on organic farming practices and protocols, on top of being raised a farmer. I can handle everything from pest control and fertilization to planting and harvesting, and I possess deep, extensive knowledge in animal care and processing. I’ve also had the pleasure of helping with numerous construction projects, including building two tiny houses from scratch. Needless to say, I am incredibly confident when it comes to working with my hands.
