Hey there!

I'm Paul, hailing from the UK. I've recently retired and am excited to dive into new adventures. As a single and very fit individual, I come with a wealth of experience as a fully qualified coach with England Athletics, specialising in endurance events. On top of that, I hold a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which is a real passion of mine. Over the years, I've successfully run a children's athletics programme and absolutely love teaching.

My life has been quite the journey, having lived in the South of France and Malta. In my younger days, I served as an officer in the Merchant Navy, which taught me to adapt to all sorts of unusual and challenging environments. Now, I'm looking to volunteer my skills in teaching athletics or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or to help out in any other way I can. I'm even a top-notch dishwasher! The most important thing is I'm on the lookout for a fun and mission-driven environment to contribute to.  I'm easy going and always willing to pitch in and help.

I'll be available in SE Asia in October and November 2026, I don't smoke, and I'm open to sharing accommodation.
