Hi!
My name is Olle and I come from Sweden. I like to play music and have been studying jazz drums in Sweden. Besides from that I have had an interest in wine and food in general. I now want to learn more about farming and the craft of making foods of all sorts. I have worked in a restaurant and a bakery before and I’ve enjoyed them both very much. I get very excited with produce that is responsible and passionately farmed and it is something I want to learn more about.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My education has for the last years consisted of music education. I have also had the chance to help out as a teacher with some younger students.

My first job was in a bakery, where I stayed for five years. As I since my childhood have had an interest in baking, and sweets in general, the bakery was a perfect fit. I still enjoy baking, and bake my own sourdough bread as well as different sweets.

I have now been working, at the side of my studies, in a restaurant with a large focus on wines. I have during the last couple of years gained a big interest in wine, which made me seek a job where I would get use of that interest. I have also been cooking at home for a long time and find great pleasure in it.

During this summer, I am helping out at a small farm lot outside of Malmö, that some friends are managing and growing vegetables.
