Hi Workaway community! I'm SO excited to be here! I'm Norah, a 26-year-old copywriter & digital nomad originally from the US, now based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. I speak English, Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian at a native level.

I've been in the equestrian world since 2011, and horses are my absolute passion. It's a huge dream of mine to keep learning about horses and ranch life, which is my primary motivation for being here! I've been volunteering at local ranches since age 12, and what I don't know, I'll learn real quick - promise! Besides all the dirty work like mucking stalls and cleaning equipment, I've worked with children and chaperoned summer riding camps, led countless classes with beginners, and volunteered with Riders of Hope, a therapeutic riding program for children with special needs.

Besides horses, I'm also a certified Hatha & Ashtanga yoga instructor. In general, I've always had a knack for both learning and teaching. Sharing my knowledge and passions with the world is a huge love of mine!

Outside of this, I'm super crafty, fast on my feet, proactive, and trustworthy. I can provide tons of different skills and on top of that, honestly? I'm pretty hilarious!

I really am a jack of all trades, but this is an attempt to summarize some of the stuff I'm good at and could offer my host!

Horse Care & Ranch Work:
- Mucking stalls, feeding/watering, and turnout
- Leading horses in and out of pasture
- Cleaning and maintaining tack and equipment
- Comfortable with most horse-related tasks and quick to learn new ones

Physical & Practical Skills:
- Pretty strong, efficient, and physically capable
- Hardworking, adaptable, and reliable in any setting
- Problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach

Creative & Aesthetic Skills:
- I'm pretty dang artistic
- Drawing, painting, and crafting
- Strong eye for aesthetics and design
- Cooking skills, with a focus on preparing thoughtful, well-made meals

I'm just an all-around super-energetic person! I have a finger in every pie and I'm super interested in learning everything there is to learn. The way I see it, I'd like to live as many lifetimes within this one life, meet as many awesome new people, and collect as much knowledge as I possibly can.

I'm big on board games, art through all mediums, and cooking/baking, but always want to learn more!
