Como cocineros profesionales con un amor compartido por la comida, nos conocimos mientras trabajábamos en un restaurante. Nuestras habilidades culinarias nos han llevado a viajes increíbles y ahora estamos ansiosos por agregar un toque de sabor a nuestro viaje por Sudamérica.

Con mis raíces italianas y mi experiencia de la granja a la mesa, aporto un enfoque sostenible y la capacidad de crear maravillas culinarias tratando de reducir al mínimo los residuos. Los proyectos agrícolas ocupan un lugar especial en nuestros corazones, donde prosperamos ensuciándonos las manos.

Desde la recepción hasta la cocina y la limpieza general, ha abrazado diversas culturas, conocido a personas fascinantes y adoptado el espíritu de aventura. Lo primero es lo primero, yo (Alberto) vengo de la hermosa región de Puglia, donde crecí echando una mano en la granja de mi abuelo. Tengo habilidad para la jardinería y una habilidad especial para cocinar con ingredientes frescos de la granja a la mesa. Desde plantar y cosechar hasta preparar deliciosas comidas, tengo los conocimientos necesarios para preparar deliciosos platos y no tengo miedo de trabajar duro.

Hablemos de trabajo en equipo. Habiendo vivido y trabajado como cocinero profesional en Copenhague y Róterdam, no soy ajeno a las diversas culturas y los entornos acelerados. He dominado el arte de la colaboración, trayendo vibraciones positivas y buenas habilidades de comunicación a cada proyecto. Ya sea sirviendo comidas o abordando un gran esfuerzo de grupo, ¡contad conmigo para mantener la energía alta y las risas fluyendo!

Ahora, permítanme presentarles a mi compañera en el crimen culinario, ¡mi increíble novia! Proveniente de la vibrante Madrid y con un pasaporte lleno de sellos de todo el mundo, tiene el don de conectar con gente de todos los rincones del mundo. En serio, ¡su risa y su cálida personalidad pueden iluminar una habitación!

Esta es la parte interesante: no es solo una estrella de rock en la cocina. En su tiempo libre le encanta el submarismo y cualquier actividad nueva de la que aprender, por muy diferente que sea. Couchsurfing ha sido un parte muy importante en su vida que le ha llenado de maravillosas experiencias y un ansia de ver y conocer el mundo en su parte màs autèntica.

Juntos, formamos un equipo poderoso que aporta experiencia culinaria, pasión por la agricultura, una actitud positiva y un montón de buenas vibraciones. Here's the cool part: He's not just a rock star in the kitchen. In his free time he loves scuba diving and any new activity to learn from, however different it may be. Couchsurfing has been a very important part of his life that has filled him with wonderful experiences and a desire to see and know the world in its most authentic part.

Together, we make a powerhouse team that brings culinary expertise, a passion for farming, a can-do attitude, and a boatload of good vibes.
