Hey there!
I am Nina, nice to meet you.
It's my third time in Latinamerica and in the following months I want to explore Centralamerica.
My motivations and happiness stems from human connections. I am deeply interested and curious about other people and different cultures. I like to feel inspired and inspire others.
I like to write and never leave the house without my journal. I did a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience in the Netherlands and my interest in psychology persists and I am still not sure what I want to specialize in.
During my last travels, I have already volunteered at different hostels and I loved it. I prefer slow travelling and staying at one place for longer, than seeing many places but never get to really understand the life there and the locals.
Cuando llegué a Chile, no sabía nada de español y lo aprendí todo aquí. Puedo entender mucho y comunicarme pero todavía hago muchos errores. Así que me encantaría mejorar mi español durante un voluntariado.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My academic degree is in psychology and neuroscience and I have professional experience in human resources. During my studies, I worked in a restaurant for three years as a waitress, bartender and later as a shift manager.
During my time at school, I did various jobs, from babysitting to sports assistant, elderly care and catering.
In the summer, I worked at a summer camp for teenagers, where I organized activities for a month and was responsible for a group of 15 teenagers.
I tutored English and German privately in Santiago.
Having mentioned all my work experiences, I would like to emphasize that I really enjoy working. I like trying out different activities, learning new skills and working in a strong team. I also enjoy taking on responsibility.
I look forward to acquiring new skills. One of my goals is to give dance lessons or guide tours.
