Hello!
I am a student from Greece, I grew up mostly in Italy, and I am currently living in Ireland. I am a quiet person with a huge love for life,trees rivers, mountains the sun the sea and the earth. I have a huge desire to explore and learn from everything that surrounds me and from people that share the same joy and love as me for the world, it's people and life. I want also to learn how to work with the earth, how to live in harmony with it and how to give back to it. To live a lifestyle of connection and of independence in a way that allows me to experience and get in contact with the people and the places that surround me. I also want to explore my country, Greece from within. This is what drove me to join work-away.
Apart from this, the main passions in my life are music, literature and cinema. Music gives my a huge joy both listening and playing it, especially with other people. I see it as a journey on it's own and as the most precious gift. While literature and cinema I see them as such powerful media that allow me to experience new aspects of life, having the possibility to radically change me.
I also really enjoy hiking, especially with overnight stays in tents and especially when bathing in rivers/lakes/sea is involved.
I enjoy spending time alone but also in good company and I try to appreciate each moment I have with every person as I cannot take them for granted.
I am trying to grow as a person, learn from others and from my past mistakes and acquire the strength to live up to my ideals and be able to fight for what I believe in. I am trying to embark on a journey that will allow me to understand and overcome fears and weaknesses and acquire the right tools to become then able to help others and give back to humanity and the earth. This is the main reason why I want to travel and explore.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a fit and healthy young man. I am very independent and have lived alone for many years. I can cook, bake bread, do work around the house. I can fix stuff and I am quick to learn anything. I am very energetic and hard working. I have worked in a grape field once. I have helped with manual work like shoveling carrying, painting etc. I can be very collaborative and also take initiative as i have grown up in environments where both where necessary.
I am currently studying Theoretical Physics so I also have a fair ability in mathematics and problem solving.
I have also a small familiarity with coding.
I have spent a lot of time in high-school studying with friends and helping friends in subjects they might have struggled.
I have spent some time with children through volunteer programs and with homeless people on a street outreach program.
I also took on the first month of nursing and training of the rescue dog my family adopted last summer.
I also assisted as an intern at a food photography studio

I can speak Greek, Italian, English fluently and also a fair bit of Spanish and I am eager to share any knowledge in this language.
I am also very responsible and diligent.
