Description
Hi, I’m Naty – adventurous and enthusiastic!
I love traveling, exploring nature, biodiversity, and connecting with communities.
I am an educator and artist, a writer and dancer, passionate about learning and discovering new things.
As an entrepreneur and communicator, I participate in creative projects with social and environmental impact across different countries.
I am also a holistic therapist with more than 15 years of experience in meditation, yoga, medicinal plants, massage, and Ayurveda. Over the years, I have embraced diverse practices that support wellbeing and personal growth.
I am deeply inspired by social permaculture and conscious communication as ways to nurture human connections.
Nature is my greatest teacher—I see myself as a guardian of Mother Earth, practicing care through composting, recycling, and planting syntropic forests.
As an educator, I am motivated to contribute to emerging educational processes in different countries and communities. In New Zealand, I worked in a holiday program with children ages 4 to 14, leading outdoor activities, art, games, and creative projects. I also guided groups on mountain bike trips and water activities. Currently, I am completing a 120-hour English teaching course to expand my skills as a teacher abroad.
In South America, for more than 10 years, I was part of a social-impact NGO, supporting young people in vulnerable situations to finish high school and enter the job market. Academically, I hold a degree in Human Resources, and for many years I led teams in multinational organizations, helping them develop socio-emotional skills, communication, and human potential.
I am now writing a children’s book based on real stories from my years in New Zealand.
At present, I also collaborate digitally with community leaders in different countries, hosting workshops, talks, and remote programs focused on social and environmental regeneration.
Thank you for reading! I look forward to meeting you on the journey.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I feel that I have different areas of expertise. In my academic background, I have a degree in Human Resources, and I have worked in organizations and businesses, leading teams and collaborating in the development of soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication tools, and collaborative leadership.
For thar reason, i have also experience in administration, computer management, and social media. Recently, I worked as a community manager in a composting community in Nelson, NZ.
I have also developed experience as a social worker, spending many years working with young people in vulnerable situations, helping them find employment and prepare for job interviews. Later, my path led me towards sustainability, where I trained with a postgraduate degree in sustainable development and permaculture. I consider myself an entrepreneur. In recent years, I had my own online project, where we offered workshops on circular economy, recycling, composting, and healthy habits to live in balance with our ecosystem.
During the last few years, I was part of the organizing team for different permaculture, yoga, and social activities festivals and events around Latin America."
On the other hand, I trained as a therapeutic masseuse, specializing in Ayurveda, where I also learned about medicinal plants. I have also studied cooking; I love preparing my own food. In the last two years in New Zealand, I have had various experiences in kitchens, such as being the manager of a vegetarian kitchen and working as a kitchen assistant at the University of Auckland.
I love gardening. I have lived in permaculture communities and have experience in garden maintenance as well as general cleaning tasks. I enjoy collaborating with any household chores."
Finally, I love children. I have been part of the teaching team in an after-school care in Wanaka, NZ, where we also do holiday programs. I have experience with large groups and outdoor activities. I also have significant experience as a nanny for two years in New Zealand
