Hi there it’s Mattia, I’m from Italy, Sardinia.
I’m currently traveling and living solo in my camper van around Europe and I stop here and there to do some woofing/workaway experiences.
What to say, I’m a very simple guy, I like quite places and people, I love silence and contemplation of the inner and outer world, I’m into connecting deeply with people and one on one conversations, I spend as much time as I can in nature, best teacher ever.
My priority is living with more awareness on a daily basis and promote a strong sense of peace.
I like to explore and experiment almost anything movement wise, the rest will be shared in our next adventure, ciao

i usually garantee max 4 hours high quality work 5 days a week since I have also to work on my projects, but whenever I'm free I'll gladly help more

I would say my skills and passions are mainly on whatever concern body-mind-spirit.
From nutrition to physical training , thoughts awerness, habits, inner work, better relationships, goals.
I’ve done many jobs, currently I’m working as a coach.
I’m still learning and growing to offer a better service, open to alternatives and to learn from everybody and every situation.
