Description

Hi! My name is Mika and I have been traveling the world for the past eight years.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Argentina and a certificate in Waldorf Education from New Zealand. Working in education is my passion, but I am always eager to learn new skills and happy to help wherever I can.

I love discovering different cultures and the ways people live their lives. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, roller skating, swimming, cooking, handcrafting, dancing, listening to music, exchanging ideas about life, and spending time with both people and animals.

My journey has taken me through many countries in Latin America, where I volunteered in hostels, restaurants, farms, and family homes. I lived in New Zealand for three years, working at a Special School and traveling around the country. Later, I spent a year in Australia working in hospitality and solar farms, followed by travels across Europe exploring its cultures and flavors. I then returned to the Australian West Coast, where I lived for three years.

Now, I am excited to continue my journey. My next stops will be Indonesia and Timor-Leste, where I hope to immerse myself in local cultures and daily life, not just as a tourist. I am looking forward to everything this new chapter will bring! :)

Hi there!
My name is Micaela and I come from Argentina. I am an open-minded, proactive, and positive person who loves learning new skills, connecting with people from different backgrounds, and immersing myself in new cultures. I'm a naturally crafty, communicative, and positive person.

With a background in education and hands-on experience teaching English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I enjoy cross-cultural exchange and helping people learn. Over the past few years, I’ve traveled through Australia, New Zealand, and Europe on Working Holiday visas. During this time, I’ve taken on diverse seasonal roles—from working as a cook and waitress to managing busy daily routines in hospitality. I’m adaptable, hard-working, and quick on my feet in any environment.

In my free time, you'll usually find me roller skating, swimming, or spending time outdoors. Nature is my happy place, though I also appreciate a good night out exploring the city!
