Hi everyone!
I'm Max, 28 years old and I'm from Vienna, Austria. After having lived, worked and studied in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, I am taking another break from the ordinary, stationary life. I worked or took courses in cooking, waitering, bartending, tour guiding, tourism sales management, cultural and social anthropology, social innovations, sustainable development and sustainability in the food sector. Now, after having completed my masters degree, I'm super excited to finally explore parts of Latin America!! There, I would love to learn about frugal innovations, regenerative agriculture and permacultures, how to build a house (with scarce resources) and all the beautiful culture there are in South America. These skills I would like take into my career, in which I will pursue a professional life around (simple) social innovation that aim to improve the living conditions of people less fortunate and/or work towards the sustainability transition and environmental justice.

Hi everyone! I'm about to spend a few months in South America, mostly in Brazil. As a language enthusiast, I started studying Portuguese a month ago. Having lived in Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Italy as well as having travelled through South and Southeast Asia for in total 14 months, I just love to interact with strangers, talking with hand and feet or just trying to learn a new language. Learning new languages and diving into new cultures really is my favorite spice in the cuisine of life so I would love to meet some portugues whilst travelling beautiful Brasil! In exchange, I'm more than happy to share and even teach any (language) skills I have :)
