Description
The property is in the countryside located about 5km from Alcamo(TP), 12 km from the thermal site of Segesta. The land is around 6500m2 includes olive trees, grapes, almonds, different types of fruits and vegetable gardens. Actually we are rennovating the old stone house, we are living in a wooden tinyhouse for now and we have buildt another tinyhouse for guests.
We are looking for volunteers with experience in buildings, stones works, bio-constructions and many others skills are requested so tell us about yours.. anyway you are welcome!

You will learn a lot about construction, rennovating, working with materials of any kind. You will learn various artistics technique as painting, recycling and other. We also cook a lot and with the best local products and of our production. We love to play music as well (guitar, percussions, hang drum and many others instruments). We speak 5 languages as well, and know a lot of things about different cultures.

You will stay in a wooden tinyhouse, solar shower outside,compost toilet.
We provide the food in the days of work.

All around is rich in history and beautiful spot to discover as Segesta temple, theatre, Erice, the Saline of Trapani, Zingaro Natural Reserve, hot spring, etc.. You can move easily by bike (we could provide you one soon), and there is many transport operators in Alcamo(the nearest Town), and anyway we can give you a lift, when you will need that.

We were able to try some of the delicacies of Sicilian cuisine and visit the temple of Segesta and the nearby hot springs.

I stayed one week and enjoyed every day! From the first evening on I felt like being at a friends house where I am part of the community. We laughed a lot, cooked together, had interesting conversations, worked together.
