I would like to work in a hostel, a garden, animal care. It could be, housekeeping, as a cook, gardener, or woodwork.

Description

I´m someone who likes to go to bed early and wake up early too. I enjoy exercising with my own body, staing active and going out to explore my sorroundings, I enjoy gardening and tending to plants.
I like to read about almost any topic, especially essays, critict thinking and fantasy based novels.
I´ve chosen to live a somewhat removed life from the chaos of the cities, I prefer small towns and beeing close to nature. I enjoy outdoor activities as much as i enjoy being at home, cooking and hosting.
I want to travel to learn new languages, discover new horizons, expand my job oportunities, and continue learning from the experiencies that travelling and meeting new and different people in those travels can offer.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have over 12 years of experience working in professional kitchens, including both entrepreneurial ventures and roles as a cook in high-end restorants enviroments. I also have foundational knowledge in pastry and bakery.
I´ve studied music with a focus in Afro-latin percussion and have been actively involved for nearly 20 years, both as member of various bands and as a solo musician.
Aditionally, I persued studies in psycology. Although i didn´t complete the degree, my academic background and personal development have provided me with a solid understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.
I have basic training in Kung fu and Tai Chi. Hands-on experience in construction using wood and clay, having participated in multiple building projects as a laborer.
I am highly comfortable working with children, with experience as a caregiver, and I naturally build strong positive conections with them through play and same level interaction.
I also have a natural predisposition for gardens and plants, knowing the basics o gardening and general plant care.
I have a keen predisposition to learn new skills and habilities, I´m a very good listener and know how to follow directions very precisely.
I work well under pressure, have a proactive attitude towards life and general tasks, and hace well trained problem solving mentality, having an active and creative mindset in regard to the finding of solutions to everyday situations.

I really enjoy reading and spendint my time in nature. I like moving my body-riding my bike, swimming, getting into martial arts, that kind of things.
I´m into good conversations too, debating ideas, hearing different perspectives, and just conecting with people on a real level.
I´m a big fan os video games and music i pretty much all its forms. I also love food-both coocking and sharing with people i care about.
Having people over, cooking for them, putting on some music, and just enjoying a good moment together. that´s my kind of vibe.
