Description

My name is Martina, I’m 33 years old, and I’m Italian. I studied psychology and work as a freelance counselor, providing guidance to both young students and adults. I love traveling: I think it’s my greatest passion. I enjoy discovering, learning, exploring, and meeting people. For the past year and a half, I’ve been practicing yoga—specifically Ashtanga yoga—and meditation in the city where I live in Italy. These practices are teaching me a lot and helping me grow as a person. I also love art in its various forms; I’m a creative person and enjoy learning to make new things: candles, jewelry, crochet, prints, and drawings. I love the idea of incorporating periods into my travels where I can stop a bit, offer my help, and get to know new places and people—that’s why I decided to sign up for Workaway!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My skills? I consider myself a creative person and enjoy doing manual and creative activities, such as painting, drawing, and making things, and over time I’ve learned some of these skills. Thanks to my studies in psychology, but also because of my personality, I enjoy interacting with people, helping them, and listening to them. I have experience teaching and conducting interviews with people. I also enjoy working in nature, such as gardening, as well as physical work like infrastructure construction.
