Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My background is mostly medical, I studied medicine for three years, volunteered at different hospitals and have worked as a medical secretary. My skills are mainly theoretical as I am not a qualified healthcare professional. However, my work outside university been mainly administrative and so this is a skill I could definitely bring on if needed in some capacity. I have worked many jobs in hospitality mostly in the kitchen, and so am familiar with the environments and can usually adapt quickly.

Outside of work, I do a lot of sketching/painting and I enjoy writing mostly poetry and short stories. I love to read fiction and non-fiction from all genres and eras. I also enjoy origami but this is a skill I am relatively new to. Another hobby I love is baking, with my favourite things to make being anything French patisserie. I don't engage in sports as much as I used to, but I really enjoy badminton. Most importantly, a day can not go by without a long walk.

I am lucky in that I can speak English, French and Arabic (Algerian dialect), and have been taking night classes in Spanish for a year. I am most proficient in English but I am still relatively fluent in both other languages and some practice would be invaluable for me.
