Hello Global Community!
I am originally from Greece and have spent 23 years living in UK. Just over a year ago, I set out on this "crazy adventure" just following my gut instinct which led me to Mexico where I have had the opportunity to do a bit of volunteering and house/ pet sitting.
In general, I prefer to spend quality time in one place where I can really get to know the local culture instead of "flying by" as a tourist. I also want to say that I am in awe of the Nature of this continent and actively seeking for volunteering opportunities to explore the natural landscapes while offering my skills in exchange.
Things I could assist you with:
- working with the land / garden (have done a bit and would love to learn more)
- working with animals (LOVE LOVE LOVE)
- DYI / construction (good at tinkering about in my own house and willing to learn!)
- business administration and process improvement, training and promotional material design, social media, website update, events management (really good at!)
- reception/ client support (great with practicalities and multitasking)
- facilitation of heart centred meditations, embodiment practices, holistic/ creative classes and women's circles (have been holding online and in person programmes for a decade now lol)
- house/ pet sitting (happy to provide references too)
A few words about me...
I have a playful side always curious to explore and try new things. I tend to be a little shy when I meet new people but once we break the ice, you will find that I love joking around and really enjoy having deep, heartfelt and respectful conversations. At the same time, I also love spending quality time by myself meditating, reading, singing, drumming and generally connecting with Nature.
Similarly I am very mindful and respectful of another person's (personal and physical) space!
