Hello, I am Emmanuel but you can call me Manu. I am studying water and agriculture in France and I am curently on a gap year in order to travel and have new experiences. I have a biochemistry licence specialized on food and nutrition and I speak currently english and french.
I enjoy very much meeting new people, laughing and spending good moments with them.
My main motivation is to learn different ways of practicing agriculture. I wish to discover how people in different places exploit their soils and how they irrigate their crops and the different challenges that they face in these regards.

The typical day starts at 5:30 in the morning, with a beautiful sunrise and a great breakfast, and then work from 2 to 3 and a half hours with breaks for refreshment.
