Hi ! I'm Maïlys, I grew up on a small french Island in the Pacific ocean called New-Caledonia, then spent 2 years in France studying enginering and 1 semester in Norway to study naval architecture, and I'm now taking a gap year for the rest of the year.

I love nature, hiking, playing on my guitar, discovering and learning new things. I also love to be around animals and children. I'm taking a gap year right after my semester in Norway to travel and meet people while continuing to improve my english. What drives me in life is being useful, whether it's to people, to the planet or to animals, so I'm hoping to achieve that while learning new skills and discovering a lot. I also love to cook, especially bread and vegetarian meals but I'm happy to cook or eat any type of food.

*I love to cook and I love to discover and try new recipes.
*I can take care of children if needed, I have some experience thanks to my 4 year-old little sister.
*I'm really interested in boats and sailing, I've sailed a bit in France and I study naval architecture so I have some knowledge on how a boat is structured and made.
*I would like to learn more about gardening and restoring, I love old houses and boats but I didn't had the opportunity to learn about that yet.
