Hi!

My name is Luis. I am an energetic person who likes hiking, working and being outdoors.
I have a bachelor in Biology and Teaching. I like gardening, yoga and sport climbing.
I am a certified yoga teacher and Vipassana meditation teacher.
I want to travel in Nepal and Asia to deepen my knowledge on Bhuddism, Vedanta and meditation.

Besides this I love cooking with fresh ingredients.
I also lies writing poems :)
I get energy from connecting with new people and my friends tell me I am an excellent host!
