My name is Louisa and I am an active person always looking for adventures.
I have a great passion for sports and the outdoors.
I love being out in nature and doing all kinds of outdoor activity, for example, hiking, swimming, climbing, and kayaking. I am open minded and love to meet new people and share stories.
Also, in my free time I like to bake, especially bread, meet friends or read. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am an exercise physiologist, outdoor adventurist, and teacher. I studied outdoorlife activities in the Arctic in Northern Norway and have aquired many useful skills for living in harmony in and with nature f. ex. making bonfires in every weather, building shelters. Additionally, I have always worked with children as a swimming coach but also as a teacher. I am patient and always open to learn something new.
