Description

Hey, I'm Lotte, 22 years old, and I would like to see more of the world, different cultures and places. That's why I'm travelling to New Zealand for five months from the end of October. I'm looking forward to an exciting trip with new people and adventures.
I consider myself to be an open and outgoing person, I like to laugh and be on the road.
In my free time I like to paint and do different kinds of sports (badminton, horse riding, jogging). I would like to meet new people on my journey and maybe travel together.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I finished my bachelor's degree in primary education in August with the subjects German, mathematics and art. I currently work as a tutor and give sports lessons to primary school children. I enjoy being around children and learning with them.
Animals are another point of interest for me. Since I was little, we had a dog in the family. I really like taking care of animals. Another passion is horses. I have been riding and taking care of them since I was eight years old with everything that goes with it (mucking out boxes, feeding, cleaning etc.). I have no problems with physical work and I can be very persistent.
Basically I am open-minded, can work well in a team, flexible and very reliable.
At the moment I live in a shared flat, so I can look after myself, cook and run a household.

I like to be outside in nature, I would like to go hiking a lot in New Zealand and get to know the nature there.
In the city, I also like to go to bars and party from time to time. I like going to restaurants and trying new dishes.
I am a good listener and like to have long conversations with other people.

Lotte was the perfect House Guest. Unusually for a workawayer, she kept her room immaculate, was up early and an absolute self-starter in terms of getting to work and doing everything well. I stayed with David and Hollie for one week. In all my experience was very very good. David gives a lot of freedom in managing the working hours. I did a lot of cleaning and worked in the garden. I had four very nice days with Tracey. She planned a lot for these days, so I saw a lot of the area. The work wasn't too exhausting and the food very good. I would definitely recommend this workaway for active people.

I had a very nice Workaway experience with Mike. Learnt a lot of new skills. Mike is super nice and Billy a little funny dog.
