Hey, welcome to my profile (:
I'm Lisa, I finished school this year and will start studying linguistics in summer 2023. Until then I want to educate myself in things you don't learn from your teachers in school.
I'm would like to travel around and get to know the environment, culture, people and animals of foreign countries from a non-tourist point of view.

I have always been very curious and active. Also, I love spending time in the nature in order to find peace and calmness, but getting to know new cities with all their routines, traditions and people as well.

For 10 years now I have been together with horses regulary and still am. Therefore I would be happy to find a host that works with horses and any other kind of animals, as I am a big animal lover and really missing the contact to animals here at home.
I don't mind getting my hands dirty and would be happy to do tasks all around the horses or the farm. Chores like housekeeping, gardening or cooking would neither be a problem for me.

Long story short: I would be really grateful for an opportunity to work and live with friendly, interested and open minded people, help them with their daily work, spend some time in nature and with animals, learn some new skills, make some experiences and just have a good time (:

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- travelling:
Thanks to my family I have already travelled a lot in my life. Therefore, I know the feeling of suddenly living at a completely foreign place and having to adapt yourself. What is new to me now is travelling as a non-tourist.

- languages:
I speak and write English fluently. I know the basics of the spanish language and am able to speak and write simple sentences.

-horses:
I have been regularly taking riding lessons for 10 years now and have been doing a lot of horsemanship and some liberty training as well. Also, I have helped organising riding camps and given riding lessons to kids.
I am used to riding different horses with different personalities, mainly in dressage. But my favourite thing is riding through nature or doing little jumps.

-photography:
Photography is my main hobby next to riding. It includes taking pictures of landscapes, places, people, architecture, but mainly animals.
