I’m keen for adventure and exploring nature!

Description

I am an expressive, passionate, curious, open-minded young lass. I wish to ‘suck the marrow out of life’, and do as such with a good ol attitude! I have an undieing love for nature, movement, music and people. I am a deeply caring, hard-working, and growth-orientated person, with a strong desire to learn, and to give.

I am new to WorkAway, yet ever excited to learn through volunteering experiences. I want to learn as much as possible in every area that I can. However, my more specific areas of interest include; permaculture, sustainable living, health, conscious living, working with kids and animals, healing/spiritual practices and community. I wish to build my toolkit in these areas and learn as much as possible so that I have the ability to support and contribute to my community and build a liberated, independent life for my family.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Pilates teacher.
- I have done a beginner Permaculture course and have experience volunteering in the local garden. I love getting my hands dirty.
- I’ve grown up doing house chores such as cleaning, tidying and cooking. I pride myself on being an excellent cleaner as my Mum taught me well.
- I’ve worked here and there on basic carpentry jobs with my Dad growing up and so am familiar with basic tools such as using drills, hammers etc
- I am excellent with kids

Although I don’t have a huge number of practical skills to list for, I am a bright and engaged quick learner and have a can-do attitude which is the most important part.

I’m English native speaker and learning Spanish.

Autres infos...

A hobby of mine is flowing with my dragonstaff, (fire spinning), which is very fun, especially for kids. I love teaching and sharing this passion of mine with anyone whose keen to learn.
