Hey all!
My name is Larkin and I’ll be traveling around SE Asia until May.

I'm originally from Utah, USA, and I grew up on a small organic farm there before moving to Colorado for university. I'm hardworking, outgoing, passionate, and very excited to spend the next few months learning what I can from the amazing people (like yourselves) I'll meet during my travels.

I love writing, mountain biking, impromptu dancing, type 2 fun, kindness and new friends. I've had great experiences with workaway in the past and I'm so excited & grateful to have this opportunity again.

I have experience cooking for large groups for multiple days, working in hostels, restaurants and hospitality, farming, childcare and more! Let's get in touch!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I spent a summer work-away-ing in Europe some years ago. I've workaway-ed at a hostel in Croatia, a food cart on an island called Sibenik, and for a wonderful family in Italy teaching English.

I have 8+ years of experience in customer service, jumping around from volunteer work with film festivals to longer-term food service and community outreach projects. I'm great with kids and I have my USA Emergency Medical Technician certification as well as a CPR certification & Wilderness First Aid. Extensive time in the backcountry as a guide has also contributed to my wilderness, teamwork and leadership skills. My mom owns and runs a farm that I grew up on and I have spent considerable time helping her with various projects. I’m not afraid of hard work and I do well interacting with folks from all different backgrounds. Mostly I’m excited to learn and help!
